The all new 500 Series “e” revision 15 inch subwoofer comes to us featuring 3” voice coils with 120oz magnet motor. These new drivers come with a 12mm top plate and longer coil windings that result in a 50% increase of Xmax. The power handling increases to 700 Watts on the 512e. Upgrades to this series include cones with fiberglass loaded non-pressed treated paper, taller and thicker EROM surrounds with black stitching, heavier dual layer spiders with integrated tinsel leads, and new basket and motor boot designs elevating cosmetics with DD branding.
