Returns Policy

Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving their order. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses associated with returns. All returns go through an inspection process after being delivered.

If you choose to receive a refund you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process/inspect your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If chosen, Store Credits can be applied to your account once we receive your return and it passes the inspection process. On average this time period is less than one week after we receive your return.

Shipping

Shipping and Billing addresses must be an exact match. If we receive an order containing addresses that do not match then the order will be shipped to the billing address or cancelled at our discretion. 

We ship to contiguous US locations only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All items include Free Ground Shipping. Estimated Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days once the package is in transit. Handling time is usually 24 Hours for items that are In Stock. If an item requires additional handling time it will be noted on the listing.

Faster shipping options may be available on qualifying items for an extra fee.
