    New Hifonics

    Guys say, the new Hifonics amplifiers are trash, but I strongly disagree. I had a BG4000.1d that ran at 1ohm with no problem; and I like my volume loud. Now I’ve replaced that amp with the new Colossus HCC-4200.1d, and it is a monster at 1ohm. It has sound quality, efficiency, and it does rated power. I originally planned on getting a kicker amplifier to push my 2 kicker square 12’s, but I’ve very pleased with my Hifonics purchases. I’ve got plenty of power at half the price, and the amp stays cool while I push it hard.
