Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Customers may return Brand-New Unopened items within 30 Days of receiving their order for a full refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This also includes the cost of a customer refusing delivery of an item. All items that are returned to us will go through an inspection process. Items that have been Opened, Used, Damaged by the customer and/or do not have a valid Manufacturer Defect will be denied or partially refunded at our discretion. If we deny an item then the customer can have it shipped back to them at their expense.

Warranty

**Blown or melted voice coils are not considered a manufacturer defect**
Most manufacturer's will not warranty items with accidental damage caused by the customer. Refer to the Manufacturer's website for coverage details. We abide by the policies set by the Manufacturer. All items returned to us for warranty purposes will be thoroughly inspected to determine the condition and issues with the item. Some items will go back directly to the manufacturer for inspection (instead of us). If your item goes back directly to the manufacturer then we're not responsible for their decision on the warranty approval.

Take Action

If you want to return an item, please submit a Return Request from your account. Please include as much info about your return reason, including the condition of the item(s) being returned. We may reach out to gather more info about your return to ensure you're provided with the correct return process and instructions.

Refunds

If you choose to receive a refund you should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process/inspect your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If chosen, a Store Credit can be applied to your account instead of a refund to your original payment method. On average this time period for a store credit is less than one week after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping Policy

Your Shipping and Billing address must be an exact match. If we receive an order containing addresses that DO NOT match then your order will be shipped to the billing address or it will be cancelled at our discretion. 

We ship to contiguous US locations only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All items include Free Standard Shipping. Estimated Delivery time is 2 to 6 business days once the package is in transit. Handling time is usually 1 Business Day for items that are In Stock. If an item requires additional handling time it will be noted in the listing.
